Staying in this stylish hotel in Sultanahmet on Kutlugun St, you are right in the heart of two historic cosmopolitan civilizations – the Byzantine and the Ottoman civilizations. The Cosmopolitan Park Hotel lies between two monuments of these great civilizations; the Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque which dominate the city silhuette. Two blocks away is the Million, known for centuries as the crossroads of the world.
Most of Istanbuls important museums and monuments are close by. The old shopping bazaars- the Grand Bazaar and the Eyptian or Spice Bazaar- modern tramway street-car, train, bus and ferry boats are within walking distance.
The famous historic hippodrome with its obelisks is just two blocks away. The Marmara Sea is three blocks down from our hotel. We are directly across the oldest byzantine palace MAGNAURA which is being renovated. The Modern Art Museum and Pera Art Museum are at most 10 minutes by tramway.

And from these spots, one can enjoy not only views of the sea but also panaromic views of the city, including the Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, and the Bosphorus Bridge.
A stylish small hotel in the old city of İstanbul, the Cosmopolitan Park Hotel has spectacular views, comfortable, clean rooms, and friendly service. The Cosmopolitan Parks 5-storey building has 15 pretty guest rooms, a brightly decorated lobby with a reading and internet room, and a dining room, bar, and roof top terraces.
From the front rooms, the dinning room&bar and from the roof terraces you can see the Sea of Marmara, both sides of the Bosphorus, Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque. Located in the heart of the old city, SULTANAHMET, on Kutlugun Sokak (in turkish "sokak" means street), the Cosmopolitan Park is only a short walk from the tramway and bus stops, and from Cankurtaran train station.
The boat and ferry stations are a 15-minute walk. All major museums, including Topkapı Palace, Hagia Sophia, the Mosaic Museum, the Archealogical Museum, the Turkish and Islamic Art Museum, the Carpet Museum, as well the Basilica Cistern, the Blue Mosque, Obelisks in the Hippodrome, Constantines and Goths Columns, and the Million are close by. The old shopping bazaars - the Grand Bazaar and Eyptian or Spice Bazaar -- are an easy walk, too.
